Artistic Fair - 2011

Handicraft nowadays is going out of the frames of standard and practical form and pattern. Created by human, with help of simple tools, absolutely unique - as not created to mass, urban scale - refers in its theme to culture from which they arose. And our culture means intermingling of forms, themes, patterns and symbols rooting from folk artefacts, however seen by our contemporaries – living in the wide world.
The stands will be presenting goods from area of widely understood artistic handicraft, everything which is a work of hands and it has applied or typically decorational form - ceramics of sophisticated colours and shapes, various types of hand made jewellery (wooden, glass, beaded,lacy), sculpture, painting, icones, stained glass, folk toys,goods made of wood, lace, linen, dried plants or leather. In the framework of the fair there will also take place handicraft workshops - you will be able to try sculpting, weaving and making beaded jewellery.
Artistic Fair 2011 will take place on 12th-14th August 2011 in the concert area, that is in Dołżyca by the Bieszczadian Restauratn "Skup Runa Leśnego".
